About Mind Boost Women's Convention

Mind-Boost Women’s Convention is a transformative gathering where women come together to spark purpose, expand their mindset, and accelerate personal and career growth through real inspiring stories, practical tools, and actionable strategies.

Hosted annually by Empower Success Solutions, Mind-Boost brings together women from diverse backgrounds across Botswana, Zimbabwe and, soon, South Africa, creating a space for women to learn, connect, reflect and take meaningful action towards the lives and futures they desire.

At the heart of Mind-Boost is the belief that true progress begins with the right mindset. The way we think shapes the way we see ourselves, the choices we make and ultimately the lives we build.

Through thought-provoking presentations, engaging panel discussions and honest stories facilitated by women of influence, expertise and impact, participants are challenged to identify and reset limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back, while gaining practical tools and strategies to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

Rooted in Christian values, Mind-Boost explores personal and professional growth through a lens of faith, purpose and intentional living, encouraging women to not only pursue success, but to understand who they are, why they have been called and how they can use their gifts and influence to make meaningful impact.

Since its successful launch in 2024, followed by its second and third edition in 2025 and 2026 respectively, the Mind-Boost Women’s Convention has continued to create a space where women are not simply inspired for a moment, but equipped to turn insight into action and accelerate growth in their own lives, careers, businesses and communities.

When a woman expands the way she thinks, she expands what she believes is possible.

And when women are equipped to grow, lead and build with purpose, the impact extends far beyond the individual — into families, organisations, communities and generations.

Bringing Mind-Boost to More Women

Because access to growth shouldn't depend on the price of a ticket.

We believe women should have access to spaces that challenge their thinking, strengthen their faith, equip them with practical tools and inspire them to pursue their God-given potential.

That's why Mind-Boost is partnering with churches across Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa to make the Convention more accessible to women within their congregations.

Mind-Boost Church Partnership Programme 

Through our Church Partnership Programme, participating churches receive exclusive subsidised registration rates for their members, making it possible for more women to experience Mind-Boost at a significantly reduced cost. These contributions help us offset the costs of delivering the Convention, from creating a quality attendee experience to supporting the programme and speakers. 

But this is more than a discounted ticket.

It is an opportunity for churches to intentionally invest in the personal, professional and spiritual development of the women they serve.

How It Works

1. Partner with us
Churches can register as an official Mind-Boost Church Partner.

2. Mobilise your women
Church leadership and women's ministries receive a unique registration code or link to share with their members.

3. Members access a special rate
Women who register through the church receive the exclusive partner rate.

4. We grow together
As churches mobilise their women, we collectively create a larger community of women learning, connecting and growing together.

Our Vision

We don't want Mind-Boost to be a room filled only with women who can afford a conference ticket.

We want to see women from different churches, backgrounds, professions, generations and communities sitting in the same room — learning from one another, building meaningful connections and being equipped to take action in their own spaces.

Because while we may worship in different churches and serve in different ministries, we are one Body in Christ, with different functions, gifts and assignments. When each part is strengthened, the whole Body becomes stronger.
